Waimanalo beach is still the perfect location for weddings

by Ron Taylor on 09/26/19

I love officiating weddings at Waimanalo beach.  As you can see from the photo, you probably understand why I love this beach so much.  This beach has almost 5.5 mile stretch of powder white sand, and beautiful turquoise colored water.  My favorite time to go is in the morning around 9 a.m., it's so peaceful and relaxing.  Afternoons around 3 p.m. is nice also since it's bright and sunny, which makes for perfect wedding photos.  It doesn't get very crowded at the beach since it's away from Waikiki.  The drive from Waikiki to Waimanalo is about thirty to forty minutes.  The scenic route on the East side of the island is breathe taking.  If you plan on having a wedding there, the bride should bring some extra hair pins, sometimes it can get pretty windy there. Send me an email if you have any questions about Waimanalo, always happy to help.

How to get married in Hawaii

by Ron Taylor on 06/21/17

Getting married in Hawaii is very simple.  First thing you need to do is fill out an online marriage application with the Department of Health.  The application fee is $65.00.  After you fill out the application and pay the fee, you and your fiancee will need to go together to the Department of Health with your identification cards.  You will receive your marriage license from the clerk.  The process is actually pretty quick, less than ten minutes.
You will need to give your license to your wedding minister so that he/she can legalize your marriage with the state of Hawaii after the ceremony.  For more info, please go to my website http://www.hawaii-wedding-minister.com/Marriage-License.html

Make a Wish Foundation wedding vow renewal Waimanalo Bay, Oahu, Hawaii.

by Ron Taylor on 06/15/17

Waimanalo beach vow renewal wedding ceremony.

I had the blessing of performing a marriage vow renewal for this beautiful couple.  The couple contacted me through Make a Wish Foundation wanting to fulfill their sons dream of visiting Hawaii.  While here on the island, they decided to make it even more special by having their son witness a wedding ceremony.  It truly was a heart warming ceremony.  Please keep this family in your prayers, especially for their cute little boy.

by Ron Taylor on 02/07/16

I am very happy to announce that The Knot.com has chosen me as the 2016 winner of The Knot best of weddings.  This would not have been possible without the support of all my clients and vendors.  Thank you so much for putting your trust in me.
God bless you, and Happy Wedding!

Beautiful Waimanalo beach wedding

by Ron Taylor on 10/20/15

Last month I performed a romantic Hawaii beach wedding at Waimanalo beach, which is located on the East side of the island of Oahu. The bride and groom were glowing with love through out the whole wedding.  The groom is a cinematographer, he put together a wonderful video of the wedding.
Thank you for sharing your wedding video, God bless you.
